Francis Veilleux, President

Francis is the President of the Bluewater Recycling Association in Huron Park , Ontario and he has been with the organization since inception in 1989. He has led the development costing and optimization of recycling and waste management programs in more than 70 municipalities.  He has developed a number of operations and economic analysis models and guidelines, which can assist municipalities in planning 3Rs programs and improve economics through reduced costs and improved efficiencies. 


Matt Keeley, Vice-President

Matt is the Vice-President of Finance and Marketing at the Bluewater Recycling Association in Huron Park.  With his background in accounting and marketing Matt brings a unique perspective to the project.  His C.A. gives him the theoretical background to provide in-depth analysis of any proposals to ensure they are cost effective and results measurable.  His MBA in marketing and 10 years with the Bluewater Recycling Association give Matt the practical knowledge to put proposals into operation.


Doug Tilford, Fleet Manager

Doug is presently the Association's Fleet Manager and will serve as such in this project. Doug has 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, managing fleets and maintenance facilities. He is a certified class 310T and 310S mechanic and a member of the London Automotive Transportation Service Superintendents Association.

Diane Kekich, Dispatcher

Diane is responsible for all our drivers.  She makes sure that your materials are collected on time.  She can be a very busy lady managing all the unforeseen changes that happen from day to day such as road closures, inclement weather, vehicle breakdowns, and personnel changes because of illness just to name a few.  Her phone can get pretty busy at times.


Bonnie Stewardson, Administrative Assistant

Bonnie is the gentle voice you may have the pleasure to talk to when you have an inquiry.  She develops the communication materials that are delivered to your homes such as newsletters, bluebox handouts, and calendars.




Cathy Bragg, Health and Safety Administrator

Cathy is responsible for all health and safety related programs at the Association as well as employee benefits. In her spare time, she helps out special projects.
