Cardboard – Waxed

As of January 1st 2026, this item is now accepted in your residential blue box!

Not accepted for Commercial Recycling.

Put waxed cardboard or paper into your compost if possible.

Waxed cardboard is not shiny, it is dull.

This item may be recycled at curbside in your regular recycling program.

This item may be managed on site with a standard backyard composter and/or food digester.

This item may be recycled at a special drop off location such as a landfill or transfer station.
